In our online sessions, I walk with you for a while on your path. Together, we’ll explore what’s really behind your eating behaviour, thoughts, and emotions. You probably already know that your eating disorder isn’t actually about food… But then what is it about?

Together, we make sense of what lies at the core for you, and you’ll receive tools to help you relate to food in a freer and more sustainable way.

We also focus on what makes your eyes light up, what brings you joy, what matters to you, and what your dreams may be.

Because I truly believe that you can recover from your eating disorder or disordered eating. So let’s look ahead, together.

My approach

Grounded, warm and real-life support

In our sessions, I bring everything I’ve got: my background in neuroscience, years of experience guiding others, and my own journey through the messiness of an eating disorder.

We make sense of what’s going on in your head: how your brain tries to protect you, how patterns formed, and how they can gently begin to shift. You’ll start recognising what’s happening underneath, and find ways to soften, feel, and choose something new.

With body-based tools, trauma-informed practices, and nervous system work, you’ll learn how to ground yourself, create space, and take back a bit more ownership of your path, one step at a time.

No two sessions look the same. We follow what’s alive in you that day. I listen closely, without judgment, and sometimes I’ll offer a gentle nudge in a direction that feels true.

I see beyond the labels. I take you seriously. I cheerlead. And I trust you, even on the days you don’t.

What’s most important to me:

I’ll follow your pace and trust your timing, but I’m also not afraid to call out the clever tricks your brain might pull to keep you stuck.
I know how convincing those stories can be. We’ll move through them together – honest, grounded, and one real step at a time.

Let's get started

What working with me looks like

Working with me is simple and personal. We meet online through Teams or WhatsApp video, wherever you are in the world. And no worries – I might live in the French countryside, but we’ve got fast fibre-optic internet. The connection is strong, both literally and figuratively.

Sessions are usually weekly or every other week. You can schedule them yourself in my online calendar. Later on, if you only need a check-in every now and then, that’s completely fine too. You’ve got the link, and you’re always welcome.

Between sessions, I may offer small practices, journal prompts, or things to try. Nothing overwhelming – just gentle nudges to keep things moving. You can also reach out via WhatsApp if you hit a wobble or want a bit of support along the way. This isn’t just once-a-week coaching. I walk with you, even in the in-between.

And if you ever feel ready to go deeper, there’s the option to join exclusive retreat weeks here at the farm in France, open to a small group of my online clients walking a similar path.

Single sessions

€90 per session

One session at a time, on your terms.

Some people like to book regularly. Others check in when they feel the need. You’re welcome either way.
There’s no pressure, no perfect rhythm, just a solid hour of full presence, whenever you feel it’s time.

5 or 10 session bundle

€425 or €825 bundle price

These bundles are for those who feel the need for regular support, a weekly or biweekly check-in to keep things moving, grounded, and real.

You don’t have to do it alone, and you don’t have to figure everything out at once. But with a bit of rhythm and someone walking beside you, it becomes a lot easier to take those steps forward. 

  • 5 or 10 online sessions

    Planned in your own rhythm using the online calendar. Use your 5 sessions within 3 months, or your 10 within 6.

  • A personal workbook

    A printed workbook will be send to your home, with space to track, reflect, and explore.

  • Whatsapp support

    As life happens between sessions, you can always send me a text when something comes up, to celebrate or when you struglle.

  • Exclusive retreat invitation

    As a bundle client, you’ll get priority access and a discount for my occasional small-group retreat weeks at the farm. These are quiet, personal, and only open to people I already know - so we can go further, with a group that speaks the same language and walks a similar path.

This is for you if you’re somewhere in recovery – maybe deep in it, maybe slowly finding your way out. You don’t need fixing, but you do want support. Not a strict program, but someone who walks with you, listens honestly, and helps you take real steps.

And it’s especially for you if you’re tired of trying to do it all alone.

Yes. Many clients work with me alongside a therapist, GP, or dietitian. I’m always happy to align gently with your existing support if needed — you're in charge of what you share.

Not at all. I look beyond labels, we work with your lived experience, not with a checklist. If you struggle with food, body, emotions or control, you're welcome here.

No, these sessions are not reimbursed by health insurance. In some cases, Dutch clients have been able to use PGB (personal care budget) or other creative funding, feel free to ask about this.

Life happens. You can move your session by sending me a message, as long as you do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Meet your coach

Hi I'm Maud!

During my student years, I struggled with anorexia and orthorexia. And when I thought I had “moved past it,” I was left with a tangled mix of control, distorted body image, and chaotic eating. Eventually, I burned out completely. Not exactly the path I had pictured for myself…

Today, I live on a small farm in rural France, where I share life with horses, nature, and people who are finding their way back to themselves. I enjoy food. I feel at home in my body. And I’m deeply grateful for this amazing life I get to live!

That feeling of freedom, of making your own steps on your own path toward something real, is what I wish for everyone who’s ever lived in survival mode.

My coaching blends neuroscience, trauma-informed tools, and lived experience. Sometimes it happens in rubber boots, sometimes behind a laptop screen, but always with both feet on the ground. I meet you where you are. And I trust, deeply, that you can come home to yourself too.
